Except where otherwise noted, all materials and products shared on the Resources page of the rawabet-equitas.org site are the intellectual property of Equitas and licensed under either Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-Share Alike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) or Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

Where products are attributed to a copyright owner other than Equitas, this material is not subject our Creative Commons licenses.

Using Equitas Creative Commons copyrighted materials and publications

Equitas offers two options when using its materials and products depending on the type Creative Commons copyright licence.

For Equitas products licensed under Creative Commons, Attribution-Non Commercial-Share Alike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Under this license a user (licensee) is free to share, copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format; adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the materials under the following terms:

Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, including the name of the author(s), title and date of the publication, a link to the original source, and indicate if changes were made
Non-Commercial — Use may not use the material for commercial purposes
ShareAlike
— If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
No additional restrictions — Users may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits

In practice, this means that if you download or re-print our materials, you can use it to create new works as long as you do not sell the derivative works. Equitas must be credited for the work. This also means that your derivative works must be released with an Attribution Non-Commercial ShareAlike license.

When you use or adapt our material in a publication under this licence, please use the most appropriate acknowledgement as exemplified below.
